Weight Loss Before Your Wedding


Losing weight is a challenge for anyone. However, it can be done with discipline and by putting together a realistic plan. Find friends or families that are equally determined to lose weight and use each other as sources of support when your energy is running low. Find a friend that will check on you if you don’t show up for your daily jog or morning yoga session.

  • Step 3: Plan a balanced diet.

Who can ever stick to a completely non fat or non dairy diet? It’s better to succeed at a moderate diet than fail at an extreme one. Identify your problem eating habits and address them gradually. Eat your food at a slower pace than normal, you’ll find that you get full faster. If you crave snacks, always try a fruit or yoghurt before reaching out for that chocolate bar. Remember that it’s possible to lose weight and yet satisfy your cravings.

  • Step 4: Keep a journal.

Keep a journal of how many minutes you worked out today or how well you stuck to your planned diet. Putting down achievements and setbacks in writing will make your goals more concrete and will motivate you to make sure that the next time you write in your journal, you only have successes to jot down.
