Whenever this word combination comes to mind, we usually think someone is already talking about us. Yes weight loss is such a common practice that every household, every individual, married or single; student or professional; male or female is involved in it.

However, as common as it may seem, weight loss is not a common art or something that can be undertaken through some ill organised or haphazard diet. Weight loss should not at all result due to extreme fasting, continuous skipping of meals or exercising madly for hours at an end. Such practices can do a person more harm than good.

A well balance diet, balanced with the right choice of exercise and timing for carrying out that exercise is a good combination to start with.

Weight loss will normally occur at a regular pace which might at times not be noticeable while you are actually going through it. So, it is always better to keep a target in sight and work towards that. See what turns you on.

The right kind of mood during exercise routine including background music and mirrors on the wall may just do the magic for you.
