Learn Not To Cry

As usual, overweight is always one of the main issues in modern life. In United States or Egypt for instance, overweight is one of the most famous “disorders”, if I can say so. There’s nothing wrong with having a bit more weight than our ideal one but what we are seeing in modern life is simply too ironic.

There is of course reason why this is happening. Today’s life is very stressful and unhealthy. You often see those people who work 10 hours a day and only eat junk foods to cut their own free time. They didn’t complain at first but they started complaining when they see their own ugly side in the mirror.

Obviously it is very hard to reduce someone’s weight when she/he is too overweight. The main problem is adaptation. It’s not hard for someone thin to start eating more and more foods but it’s always hard for someone to eat less than he used to have. Even if she/he has a very strong motivation it’s never easy.

That’s why if you want to burn your excess calories as effective as possible, what you need to do is to gradually decrease it over time. You can’t expect to stop eating all at once and you dream to lose more than 20 lbs in a week. It simply won’t happen. If let’s say you eat 2000 calories daily, then start eating 1500 calories daily for 3 weeks. Then you can start to reduce it again to just 1200 calories for another 3 weeks.

Start exercising bit by bit. At first, try to run in treadmill or use bicycle 5-10 minutes a day. Then increase it to 20-30 minutes a day. You can stop increasing at 40-50 minutes a day. 40-50 minutes is surely enough as long as you eat discipline. That’s how to burn your excess calories as effective as possible. Maybe you have to start do weight lifting as well once you have lost more than 20 lbs.
