Menopause Fats

Too plenty reasons, too plenty excuses…every time people fail to get what they want, they will try to make excuses. Of course this is not good but it’s always happening. Weight loss is one of the biggest playgrounds for people to make excuses. Well, actually there are lots of obesity problems. But still, you need to take action, not make excuses.

Just to let you know, “fat” is divided to 3 parts according to its sources. Menopause fat, food fat, and baby fat. Food fat is the most common problem and I think everyone knows that. Baby fat, is the worst nightmare for all new moms. They know after they give birth, they can get fat. Meanwhile, menopause fat is probably the type of fat with less risk.

However, menopause fat could be really annoying sometimes. Whenever you don’t consume enough fiber enriched foods, you might be “attacked” by this menopause fat. The solution is to cut your saturated fat consumption and replace it with some kinds of fruits and vegetables. The more you eat vegetables and fruits, the less the chance for cancer and heart diseases to attack you.

So what is the source of the fiber? They are brown rice (not white one), grains, soybeans, lentils, and all the similar kinds of foods. You must remember that eating these alone won’t help you to shred all the menopause fat. Take exercise sometimes, at least once per 2 days. Squats and scot jumps are the best examples to get rid of your menopause fat. Replace your bread with brown rice or wheat. And please consider add soybeans anytime you eat. You will take care of those menopause fast :)
