Remember calorie shifting? This method has been proven as one of the most famous diet plans available. So if usually you eat 1,200 calories per meal, with calorie shifting you should only eat 800 calories per meal. 1,200 calories x 3 =3,600 calories. Meanwhile, 800 calories x 4= 3,200 calories. You will eat more often but you will gain less calories, that calorie shifting is.

Calorie shifting helps most people to lose fat because you’ll gain less calories and get better metabolism rate. However, it is very hard to do this because we already get used to our normal eating plan and need real dedication to change our lifestyle. So if you work in an office from 9 to 5 or until evening, it’s extremely difficult to eat healthy foods four times or five times a day.
