Accumulated Belly Fats
Accumulated belly fats are hazardous. Should we blame the society for this? Sometimes I heard older people suggest their children to eat anything they can because these children are still young. “When you old, your choices will be limited so because you are still young, eat as much as you want.” Ever heard words like this from your parents or your teacher? Well, this teaching is obviously wrong, everyone knows that. But they don’t realize that this poor habit will affect their health in long term, generation to generation.
Why is that? Because what you eat will be accumulated in your body. Therefore, when you are old, these accumulated fats will surely affect your health. Research found that every ten men above 35 are known to have hazardous belly fats. Every seven women above 40 are also known to have the same dangerous fats. This fact is not only terrible but also shows us how unhealthy our habits are.
To change all of these, surely we need time. When you have some poor habits, sometimes you can’t change them although you have tried as best as you can. Find more information on the internet (you can also find it in this site) about how excess fat works and what can they do. When you feel “ugly”, you’ll be determined to fight all of those excess fat, trust me.
After you burn your motivation, the next step is to burn your fat. Personally I like the guide from fatloss4idiots because that ebook taught plenty of things about how to effectively burn our excess fat. Just to let you know that actually excess fat is NOT only created from meat. When you eat carbohydrate, the excess amount of these carbs will transform into fat inside your belly. So you really need to be careful with what you eat as they can really change your life when you get old.
